Licendi, operated by KeyVersely LLC, sells digital software licenses, primarily genuine Microsoft products such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and Windows Server. All products are delivered electronically.
Immediately after a successful payment, license keys and download instructions are sent to the email address you provided. You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.
Due to the instant electronic delivery of license keys, all sales are final and non-refundable once the key has been sent. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine delivery or technical issues.
You may use the purchased license keys only for your own personal or business use in accordance with Microsoft's licensing terms. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing keys is prohibited.
